UPCOMING RACES

The 33rd annual Couple’s Classic starts and finishes at River Road Park, 1400 Lake Drive, Eugene, Oregon. The 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) course is a double loop through residential streets. Runners and walkers can compete as a 2-person team, or individual.  Awards are based on combined times and age categories.  Dressing rooms, showers, sauna and hot tubs are available for entrants and families. Mo’s Clam chowder, and other refreshments will be available at finish along with lots of random prizes. Entry fees:  $18 with t-shirt per runner by 2/10/10 only; $10 without t-shirt per runner (through day of race).   For printable race flyer with ENTRY FORM CLICK HERE. This 5K Run/Walk will feature awards, t-shirts random prizes and a pancake breakfast!  The loop course starts and finishes near 5th and Broadway in Veneta, Oregon.  Proceeds benefit Territorial Sports Program and Elmira Cross Country program.  Entry fees:  Early registration is $20 with shirt and pancake breakfast for adults, $10 with shirt and pancake breakfast for youth (18 and under) through March 21, 2010. Late registration (March 22 through day of race is $25 for adults and still $10 for youth (18 and under).  No t-shirts for day of race entries. for race flyer CLICK HERE. 

A challenge for the best and fun for the rest. It's an adventurous course through Alton Baker Park that includes Pre's Trail, single track trails, filbert orchards, bridges and the Steep Hill. Proceeds will benefit Special Olympics Oregon, Eugene/Springfield.  Entry fees and more information will be posted soon.
